Our busy Honda dealership in Christchurch is recruiting for an Aftersales Manager. This role involves managing the daily operation of our combined Service and Parts department ensuring that efficiency and profitability is maximised.
The successful candidate will:
Be hands-on, able to inspire and motivate the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience
Understand the importance of focusing on customer care.
Be capable of regularly reviewing processes for improvement
Successfully monitor and work to targets
Candidates must have:
The ability to work effectively in what can be a high-pressured environment
Must be smart in appearance, determined and pro-active.
Salary and Benefits

Hours: Monday – Friday 08.00 -18.00 (an hour off for lunch) Saturday mornings 1 in 4 on a roster 08.00 – 12.30
Salary: £33,000 with an OTE £43,000
