The Horizon Magna Group is a privately owned motor retail business established in Poole in 1971. We proudly represent Changan, Honda, Mazda, Nissan, and Mitsubishi across 12 dealerships located in Dorset, Hampshire, Somerset, and Wiltshire.
Key Responsibilities:

Introduce, manage and follow up all sales enquiries in a professional and timely manner

Build strong relationships with customers and deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process

Achieve agreed sales targets for vehicles, finance and associated products
Ensure pre-delivery inspections and any agreed repairs or servicing are completed prior to vehicle handover

Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records in line with dealership processes

Work closely with the General Sales Manager to review sales activity, targets and performance

Ensure all customers are kept fully informed throughout their purchasing journey to promote repeat business and customer retention
Candidate Requirements:

Previous experience within the motor trade or automotive sales environment

Proven experience in a customer-facing, target-driven sales role

Highly presentable, ambitious and motivated with a passion for delivering excellent customer service

Strong communication and organisational skills

Ability to work on own initiative and manage multiple tasks effectively

Computer literate with experience using sales or CRM systems

A positive team player with a professional and personable approach

Full UK driving licence – subject to licence checks
Salary and Benefits

A competitive basic salary of £18,000 basic per annum with an OTE £45,000, with a very fair guarantee for the first 3 months while you settle in and receive training

Other information:
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 08:30 – 18:00 with an hours’ unpaid break
Saturday - 08:30 – 17:00 with an hours’ unpaid break
Bank Holiday’s on a rota basis
You will be working a 5-day week with a day off in the week.
Total 41.5 hours per week
