The Role
As an Aftersales Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our service customers, ensuring every customer receives a professional, efficient and friendly experience throughout their journey with us.
You will work closely with our workshop team to coordinate vehicle servicing and repairs, manage customer expectations, and identify opportunities to maximise aftersales performance and customer retention.
Key Responsibilities include

Delivering high standards of vehicle servicing, repairs and demonstrating an exceptional quality of workmanship to ensure total customer satisfaction at all times

Complete repairs and servicing on vehicles to exceed Company and manufacturer requirements in terms of both quality and efficiency

Ensure all necessary paperwork relating to warranty, repair and service is accurate, detailed and meets with the Company and manufacturer’s requirements

Identify opportunities to undertake additional work that is in the interest and safety of the customer, supporting the Company’s ‘Duty of Care’ responsibilities

Provide outstanding service to customers and the dealership at all times

Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.

Work effectively as part of the wider workshop team, supporting colleagues and contributing to the smooth running of the department
Role Requirements

Previous experience working within an automotive retailer or similar workshop environment
-
NVQ Level 3 in Automotive Vehicle Servicing & Repair or equivalent
-
Valid MOT Tester licence is not required but would be advantageous

Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills with a commitment to high-quality workmanship

Ability to work efficiently in a busy workshop environment

A positive, professional and customer-focused approach

Full UK driving licence (you will be subject to licence checks)
Salary and Benefits

Salary £34,000 - £39,000 (subject to qualifications and experience)

Working Hours
Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 17:00 with a 30-minute unpaid break, totalling 42.5 hours per week
